That looks Yummy!! And re your facebook note... I would for sure cook you up something fun. Last night I made some ahi tuna steaks. yum! But I think I over did them a bit and I think you need to get the freshest you can to have that nice red interior. Mine were from trader joes and looked a little gray :( But even Jerry liked his rare fish ;)
